Part-Time Secretary
Approximately 40 Hours Per Month
$25.00/Hr
Job Description: Perform general secretary duties to include daily mail; posting to DFPD website; Manage Commissioner requirements, to include Oaths of Office, Commissioner Terms and Mandatory Trainings; Manage distribution and filing of County and State Reports; Update, revise and manage DFPD Policies, By-laws and Resolutions; Prepare DFPD correspondence; Responsible for all secretarial aspects of monthly DFPD Board of Commissioners Meetings to include preparation of agenda and agenda packets, posting agenda, taking and transcribing meeting minutes, and maintaining computer files and Minutes Binder.
